Challenge

The challenge for Kula, an international hospitality network specializing in high-quality apartments for relocators worldwide, was to develop an e-commerce app that embodied their distinctive branding akin to Airbnb. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate Kula's warm, ironic vibe into a user-friendly platform tailored to the needs of global travelers and relocators.

Approach

To achieve this, we crafted an application that harmonized Kula’s welcoming brand identity with intuitive functionality. Employing warm colors and playful, ironic design elements, we aimed to cultivate an inviting atmosphere throughout the user experience. Attention to detail was paramount, ensuring the app not only looked appealing but also delivered a seamless and intuitive journey.

Embracing Kula's Distinctive Vibe: A Tour through Warm Design

Integrated user reviews and ratings play a crucial role in the Kula app, offering transparency that empowers prospective guests to make informed decisions. By showcasing previous visitor experiences, these reviews provide valuable insights into the quality and reliability of properties listed on the platform. This transparency not only builds trust but also enhances user confidence in their booking choices.

In addition to reviews, the Kula app enhances user satisfaction through personalized recommendations tailored to individual preferences and past booking history. This feature ensures that users receive suggestions that align closely with their travel preferences, whether they prioritize specific amenities, locations, or accommodation types.
